MANICURE MUSE: VEDA Holiday ‘12 Lookbook One of the big trends for Fall is out of this world… literally. Galactic-inspired garments popped up all over the runways from Timo Weiland’s digital prints to Balenciaga’s Star Trek screen pullovers. VEDA, a New York-based designer, takes the trend to the street with metallic denim and bold pieces in high-shine fabrications. I have a fascination with skulls and bones (check out my Skulls and Bones pinboard), so my favorite pieces from this collection are a knit top with leather piecing emulating a spine/rib cage and this leather moto jacket with the bone sleeve detail.
